April 27, 2009 - Industry & Community Leaders to Speak at the 2009 Vietnamese American Summit Conference
NEWPORT BEACH, CA – Participants from throughout the country are expected to convene on Friday, May 22, 2009 at the Vietnamese American Summit™ leadership conference, which will be held at the Beverly Hills Hilton in Beverly Hills, CA to acknowledge the achievements and contributions of Vietnamese Americans and discuss their past and future impact in such areas as film, media, business, law, politics, and community outreach.
This conference provides a unique venue for Vietnamese Americans of various backgrounds – students, professionals, actors, executives, educators, journalists, artists, community leaders – to come together to share life and career stories and to unite and inspire. Panel topics, start times, and participants are as follows:

NEWPORT BEACH CA- The Vietnamese American National Gala™ (VANG™) announces that it will commemorate its 5th year anniversary by hosting its biennial celebration of Vietnamese Americans in Los Angeles, California from May 22-24, 2009. VANG™ embraces Vietnamese American heritage and pride by bringing together hundreds of Vietnamese American luminaries, including elected officials, corporate sponsors, influential community and business leaders– all who come together to share one common vision: To honor America's best and brightest. The event will culminate with the highly anticipated annual Oscar®-like black-tie Gala, which this year take's place at the prestigious Beverly Hills Hilton, home to the Golden Globe® Awards.
