Mr. John Nguyen has over a decade of financial and accounting experience working for a range of industries to include media and entertainment, mining of mineral resources, energy, real estate, consumer products, soft goods and information technology.

Currently, Mr. Nguyen serves as the Executive Vice President for PHI Group, Inc. In his role, Mr. Nguyen is instrumental in cross boarder M&A activity to include capital raising and the preparation of viable candidates to list on the US Stock Market through Reverse Merger. Mr. Nguyen provides a host of other expertise services that include SEC Compliancy, Financial Consultancy, Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations planning and Sales & Marketing campaigns.

Mr. Nguyen also serves as the CFO for PHILAND Ranch Real Estate Development Company with plans to develop over 10,000 acres of prime property in central Vietnam over the next 50 years, featuring Pointe91, a luxurious residential-hospitality community. Mr. Nguyen travels frequently to Southeast Asia to manage the rigors of logistical planning and related operations.

Mr. Nguyen continues to enjoy serving as the youth group director at his home church in El Monte, California. Over the last 5 years, Mr. Nguyen has gradually grown into his current role and is now responsible for developing the bible study curriculum for the 40+ fellowship members and the leaders in training programs. Mr. Nguyen also enjoys leading worship and is involved in numerous community outreach programs. Most notably, serving with Katrina cleanup efforts in New Orleans in January 2007 for 7 days.
