Henry D. Fahman

Henry D. Fahman (aka Phạm Đắc Hiện)
Born in Vietnam, more than 25 years experience in general management, finance, investments and corporate strategy. He holds a B.S., magna cum laude, in business administration from the University of California at Berkeley, with emphasis in finance and economic analysis and policy, and is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (AMP166) from Harvard Business School. He has also attended other Executive Education programs at Harvard Business School and Stanford University, including Mergers and Acquisitions, Creating Corporate Advantage, and Advanced General Management. Previously, he served as a Resettlement Coordinator for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees. Mr. Fahman has served as Chairman and CEO of Providential Holdings, Inc., a public company traded on the OTCBB (Trading symbol:PRVH) and the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Trading Symbol:PR7) since January 2000. He is also Chairman of PhiLand Ranch Ltd, a Singapore public company, and Chairman of PHI Mining Group, Inc., a public company (PHIG), both of which are majority-owned subsidiaries of Providential Holdings, Inc. Henry is the pioneer in taking the first three Vietnam-based companies public in the U.S. stock market: Cavico Corporation (CVIC), Catthai Corporation (CTHI) and Vietnam United Steel (VUSC).
